The bed you pay for is never available/broken and they never offer an upgrade or refund in its place. They just tell you you can use a lower level bed than you actually pay for. Don't bother unless you enjoy paying for something you don't actually get, you have to pay for the month up front and then spend the entire month getting told you can't tan in the bed you paid for.
