PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR DEPOSIT! The new stylist did not apply the deposit against the haircut cost, called to get the deposit back and they tried getting us to roll over to the next haircut. Seems like a game to get people to come back. Still awaiting a refund, by the way.

It was my happy place with a warm vibe which made every visit a treat but has completely changed recently. A business consultant changed my favorite salon of all time into a money making machine. Prices skyrocketing, upfront deposits to book an appointment, hair results nowhere as good as they used to be (the change to new products just didn't work for my hair) It has turned into a training factory for new stylists right out of school to keep staffed since many of the older stylists left. My thin fine hair was absolutely beautiful for the longest time but now it's a hit or miss. Completely disappointing.
