I understand this salon has a 24 hour cancellation policy. My daughter was not able to make it on the same day so she was charged a cancellation fee for a color service. I asked if I could use part of the appointment for a haircut so she would not be charged the full cancellation fee. They would not allow me to do this. I tried to ask Sarah why I couldn't come in for a cut during the time that was now open, but she was just argumentative and rude!

Owner is just awful. If you treat your customers the way you treat others, you'll be out of business soon. She wears her negativity like a kings robe. I am very unhappy with the service I received. The rest of the staff is awesome!

I'm new to NoCo and dreaded finding a new salon. Based on the Yelp reviews I stopped in Rumors to check it out. Hannah was very welcoming. We discussed my hair type and she suggested I have a consultation with Justine. After the consult I set up an appointment for base color, highlights and cut. I am thrilled to say Justine gave me the BEST cut I have had in YEARS. The cost was more than I wanted to pay but it has been well worth the price.

I just love this salon! I am picky about my hair, I took a chance post COVID-19 lock down for a change and I'm so glad I did! Sherri and her girls are top notch! I'm a healthcare professional and was somewhat worried about public interaction going forward, as I'm sure most people are. With that being said, Rumors on main keeps their community protected by continuing to uphold their high standards of hygiene! Plus they spoil their customers. Thank you to all of you for keeping this nurse happy and feeling human again! My praise for this salon will never faulter! Customer for life!
