Worst experience I've ever had with my hair. My friend booked Melissa and Julie Allen to do her hair for her and her wedding party. I showed Melissa the picture I wanted and immediately she said,"you want a braid? I can't do braids!" Almost like I insulted her by choosing the hairstyle. It was an extremely simple and common style. I asked for beach waves with a loose braid. She proceeded to blow-dry my hair for about 30 seconds and made a terrible attempt to do my hair for maybe 5 minutes. There were no waves. My hair just had one crease and it slanted to the left and a very tight braid that I could've done better myself. She proceeded to tell me the braid looked that way because my hair wasn't long enough. Which is insane because my hair hits my lower back. She charged me $70. The contract price was $60, but she just added $10 without telling me because she said my hair was wet. I live in LA and a wash, blow dry, and style here is $35. Apparently if you made the terrible decision to hire Melissa for your wedding, a simple style that is terribly executed will cost you closer to $100. And trust me she doesn't even try. She was not pleasant either. The entire terrible experience took less than 15 minutes. And it looked so bad that when I got back to the bridal party, everyone asked me when I was going to get my hair done because they couldn't even tell it had been styled at all! Do not hire Melissa for any important events and certainly don't sign a contract with her. I'm not even sure how she considers herself a hair stylist.

Terrible service from Carma. She was rude, had terrible customer service and my manicure turned out terrible. She "didn't have time" for gel polish, so I paid extra for infinite shine - good thing because it chipped off in 3 days. The salon owners response, "it all depends on how much you use your hands and the wear and tear they take on a daily basis." They do not guarantee the polish to last even a week. Why pay $28 for polish to chip off in 3 days? I can do it myself, at home for a fraction of that if I want it to chip off in 3 days. Maybe if the salon had a legit place to let your nails dry (not in front of a tiny fan purchased from your local walmart) the polish might last longer. Don't waste your time going to this salon. The customer service is terrible and so are the people. Waste of time and money.

Terrible service from Carma. She was very insulting and did a crappy job on my pedicure. Will not be going back.

Well I purchased a groupon for this place and was originally excited to go. But they never returned my messages and when I went there during business hours they were closed. I was completely disappointed with this experience. Not worth peoples time.

You have the option of leaving with wet nails or blowing them off yourself in another room.. :/
