Booked a last minute pedi, on their website and salon was quick to confirm my appointment. The environment was welcoming and clean. Probably the best Nail Salon I've been too, based on cleanliness, decoration, staff and experience. The nail artist asked me what I wanted and made me feel relaxed. Although my feet weren't in great shape - she made me feel like nothing was wrong. Didn't act put off at all all. I was impressed by this kindness. The sugar scrub, massage and foot; nail care was on point. I will absolutely be back and will be recommending this place to my friends.
I believe that I am a victim of discrimination. I was not notified of an appointment prior to it's scheduled date/time. I was contacted 30 minutes after the appointment time of a "no show". I explained that I was not made aware of a no show charge policy and immediately was charged for a service that I did not receive. After speaking to Olga, she stated that she will speak to the tech and get back to me regarding next steps. Later, Olga requested proof via text of why I did not show for the appointment and stated that if I showed proof, she'd be happy to offer a full refund or "free service". That I already paid for. After responding to Olga, I have since received no response from her. It is now July 20th 2022 and I haven't heard back from her since July 12th, 2022. Not only do they fail to take accountability, This business does not value their African American customers nor offer a proper solution to their fault of not notifying customers in a timely manner. My last appointment and the next scheduled appointment was 3 weeks+ apart and I was told by Olga that I should've put it on my calendar. July 9th, I received the 1st text after my bank card was charged for a full service appointment. After the weekend, I contacted the business on July 12th and these were the messages received. Olga suggested that if I provided "proof" of why there was a no show; she'd be happy to provide a full refund or "free service". It is now July 20th and I have not heard back from Olga regarding the service or refund.
Super cute!!! Really shiny and Olga has great precision! Only complaint is some nails weren't super smooth and had some bumps. But really nothing super noticeable, it was my first time getting acrygel, so I don't know if it's usually like that. I definitely would go again. Update: its been two weeks and my nails are intact, still super shinny!! I love this
