Hi Hope C.... Or Julia. Not sure which name you go by. Owner Jessika here. In response to your review since I am unable to reply on it directly. I'm not sure if you are aware, Yelp allows everyone the ability to see every review you have ever made. As I suspected, my business is not the only place you have had a negative experience. In fact, 8 out of the 10 reviews you have made, have been negative. I'm sure all will see the common denominator. This is a completely inaccurate Every Stylist and Client in the Salon, was appalled by your behavior and aggressive nature. We all concluded that this is just a pattern that you have become accustomed to. You cannot insult people, call people incompetent and/or lacking abilities and expect them to provide a service for you. Thankfully, i am not easily bullied. If you are able to speak to me in this manner, you likely speak to every waitress, cashier, receptionist you come in contact with just the same. It feels more like an adult temper tantrum if you don't get your way. Just because someone works in the service industry does not mean they are your servant! With all of the hairstylist you have visited from all around the world, it's a shame that you are yet to find one that you can stick with. As you stated, "No Stylist has ever been able to give me what I want!" You are welcome be angry because I wouldn't provide you a service. I'm certain you would have been angry even if I did. Therefore, I stand by my decision. I do hope you take this opportunity to reflect on how you treat people. I believe it will lead you to more pleasant experiences in the future. Until then, you will likely receive exactly what you give. Kindness and respect go a long way.
Jessika is the best stylist I have ever had. I have been having her do my hair since 2012 and she ALWAYS does EXACTLY what I ask for. And, if I ask for something she thinks won't look the way I am thinking it will, she'll tell me. Which has saved me so many times. She is also one of the kindest people I know. She now owns this salon and I am so happy to follow her here. She also does both of my teen daughters hair for them, and they are always happy when they leave her chair. I will never go anywhere else, willingly. Ha. Also, the salon is a very beautiful, clean, and comfortable place. It's atmosphere is warm and inviting. I love it.
