This use to be my favorite place, but their service has gone way down hill. I never know if I'm going to get a good pedi/mani or if its going to be horrible. I will say the manager is very nice and she does care if you have a bad experience. I just wish they made sure that their staff was all up to par and did a good job. I work all day on my feet and the times I actually get to go into get a pedi is something I look forward to. So when I go and it sucks, it really sucks because I never get the time to myself. So needing that one hour of self care means a lot.
