Studio 406 Hair & Nail Salon in Billings, MT

My mom and I stopped in for pedicures and had a great experience. We appreciated booking online, the cleanliness of the establishment, and how much care was taken to ensure we were well provided for. We thought the price was very reasonable and were happy we found thiis gem!

I cannot say enough good things about Katie W. Booking online with her was so easy, and she was such a delight. From the consultation to the execution and all of the conversation in between, it was the best experience I've ever had in a salon. I came in desperately needing a haircut after 5 years of neglecting my hair, with only a very vague explanation of what I thought I wanted. We spoke for about 5 minutes before we started to come up with a game plan. Katie then went above and beyond any of my expectations for this haircut. I walked out feeling like a million bucks- a whole new lady. Her prices are more than reasonable and you bet I'll be driving 3 hours one way again in the future just to have another fabulous haircut. Thank you Katie for helping me find myself again.

I went for a haircut and showed the stylist a picture.  Granted, one rarely emerges looking like the pictured model but it should, at least, resemble the picture.  I left looking like a drowned rat.  The stylist was inept, not real friendly and seemingly cared less about my hair than sweeping the floor. It was a disaster.  Insult to injury was her not giving me change back, awarding herself a $5.00 tip for ruining my hair.  Heed my warning if you wish to look better than when you entered this salon.  Avoid it at all costs.

Got a very disappointing, yet expensive pedicure here. The nail tech filed my feet so aggressively that she broke skin in multiple places. I would have shrugged that off if the polish job had been nice, but it was smudged when I walked out the door.  The nail tech was friendly, and the salon was clean/pleasant, but the quality of the pedicure was not even remotely worth the $70 I paid for it.

Very very disappointed. This was my first time going to a nail salon in Billings and I was unhappy. At first, the acrylics looked so good and cute (not great, by any means) but 3 weeks later, they were awful.
On top of that, the salon CANCELED (under my feet)  me for my wedding nails of which I scheduled an appointment 3 months in advance. They were unhelpful in rebooking so I went somewhere else that was better. I picked this place because of the good reviews and regret it.
