I used to go to the national franchise competition. Poor service drove me away. 3 haircuts ago I tried Great Clips on Grand, and am I happy I did or what? Very professional staff, and friendly. Not overwhelming at all, but efficient customer service, and they clearly know their trade. I've used their app once, and it worked better than I expected. They will see me again at Great Clips, for sure!
