Very nice salon! The staff was amazing spent alot of time with me explaining everything. They have this amazing red light therapy, I did the bed for 20 mins which is the max it was like a warm cocoon, lol. True, so toasty not sweaty hot you develop no tan but it has amazing anti aging and health benefits. Then I did a spay tan, the booth is heated which is great! Salon was well kept and has great hours. Overall experience was exceptional! I will be returning and most likely getting the red light therapy monthly package
The Tan Co on North Main St in O'Fallon, MO is awful. They cannot keep correct records and keep charging my account $75.66 and will not refund my money. They say it is against policy to refund membership fees. I had a $19.99/mth plan and froze it. They unfroze it early, up charged my monthly plan and refuse to refund my money. Nelly, the in store manager gave me a credit for one month tanning then 2 days later the same thing happened. I cant get a call back from corporate office even though I have left 6 professional messages. Now I am down $151.32 and nobody cares. Don't get sucked in like I did, the Tan Co are thieves!!
I have had the worst experience EVER with this location!!!!!!! I have been ripped off every single month and they would not let me close my account with them while on frozen so I just got drafted ANOTHER full payment this month just so I could close my account. I have had the worst service ever from them for a year now and I am sick of it! They are definitely ALL about their money here and do not give a SHIT about their customers!!!!!! Thanks Tan Co, Ill just go to Pacific Beach where they actually care and do not charge me an outrageous amount to tan in a low level bed like Tan Co does!!!!!!!!!
