Great family run business.  Amazingly talented.  Very reasonable on pricing.  Never have an issue getting in.  I would recommend to anyone.

This is a very unorganized and unethical location. Not only do they discriminate (giving discounts if your Middle Eastern) they are judgmental. I came for a hair and makeup trial for my wedding. If you don't know what a trial is it's when you go into a location to TRY their styling and then go about asking for more or less of something. I did just that, then was told they can execute those things on the day of the wedding. If I am not enjoying the trial let alone came here for just that, as well as spending money and my time, why would I trust you on the day of my wedding if you can't do a full genuine trial? If anyone is paying a ridiculous amount of money for a trial you need to commit for the entire trial to almost convince your client that you're good enough, qualified and willing to do whatever they wish for.
The hair trial was so uncomfortable. The man there kept pulling my collar down my back and shoulders to i don't know why but then asked me questions like "How tall is your boyfriend?" Why? I'm not asking for you to create a tower on my head to where you'd be worried I would tower over him.
He also made me feel less of a woman with how he kept making a statement in Arabic and English how weak, damage and thin my hair was.. I got it the first time you honestly didn't have to re-state any of it.
The makeup trial was not only unsanitary it was painful. She had to keep reheating the pencil eyeliner with a blow dryer then applying it on my eyes. Not to mention, I came on my appointment date and they were aware I wanted to try with eyelashes. She told me last minute, "I wasn't prepared for you so I don't have the eyelashes"..... okay honestly that alone was enough for me not to hire you for my wedding.
The man there told me one price (which I told him I wanted written prof of that price so that I could visually see the prices of each services. A "break down" of everything) in which he wrote it on a sticky note. I came in for the trial and as we left I gave him cash of what he wrote on the sticky note. He said that's not the charge and it was more that I owed him. He began to laugh and call me a liar, and said that his work is very hard and we should appreciate it by paying him the right amount. I pulled out the sticky note he gave me which was in his hand writing and handed it to him. He then got quite and said "okay you pay that now because I love you and you from where I from".
OMG LOL what the heck is going on ! After finding a different place (ulta) and getting what I wanted plus more on my wedding day, I now look back and think it's completely funny and I'm so beside myself over the whole thing! I'm not going to discourage anyone to come here. I'm a business student with a HR background and I know it's tough out there..But please just study the place if you're interested for your wedding and if you're going to go there make sure you take pictures and videos while he writes down the price and don't be nervous or hesitant to let them know exactly what you want even when they're done with it.. remember it's a trial you should get and look exactly as you hoped for on your wedding day as the day of your trial and that goes for any where!!
