STARS NAILS SALON in Stockton, CA

The price was $24 .but she rang up $26.thats bad practice. When I looked on my recipe..she added 2bucks more!! Terrible thing to do.i had to ask for a recipe. I tipped 11 cash..that's the owners practice..watch out for her adding on more money!!

Just got done with my pedicure and this is the result. I was already a little irritated that they weren't filed straight and when I got out to my car and took a better look at them noticed the polish this is ridiculous $45 later

Update: they remodeled the whole salon and everything looks really nice and modern. It's actually a very big salon with very many pedicure tubs. Like 2 rows of pedicure tubs. But tell me why they only have 2 or 3 people working? Every time I've been here there's 2 people working. What's the point of spending so much money to remodel and having so many stations for service if you only have 2 employees? I think it's everyone's pet peeve when you call a nail salon for an appointment and when you show up at said time, there's 5 other people ahead of you already waiting for services, and all 2 of the workers are occupied. Don't get me wrong, the workers are very nice and kind, I just think they need to hire more staff to work in their huge, brand new, remodeled salon

Poor customer service worst job ever done to my feet and hands and over priced and taxes u without informing they took 335 dollars from me n my friend first they gave us the price of $45 for one nail set and also $60 for another nail set then gave us a price for pedis that was supposed to be only $40 each and they don't tell u gel is extra they tell u it's included with the $40 Pedi and turned out after all work was done they charged me total $60 for my mani and $55 for my Pedi And my friend was $65 for Mani and $55 for Pedi.... None of this work is worth $335 the job is horrible my friend got cut and burned and the lady was being very aggressive while giving Pedi and she stopped doing my friends nails to work on another customers when she already was doing hers... I got burned and cute my cuticle on my right big toe....also I asked for medium to large size stilettos nails and the bitch gave me small stiletto nails.. I wasn't gonna pay bt my bestie was treating and they played her out of $335 They are getting over on everyone do not waste ur money or time . Worst experience ever The technicians there talk shit bout the customers in their own language as if u don't speak that language just cuz ur a different race never again I will go there.... I do not recommend. They need to be shut down asap There was no one in there besides us and another Customer bt the customer when they seen how they were treating...

I started going to Stars back in like September/October and have been 100% satisfied EVERY SINGLE TIME! The salon is very clean and spacious, and the nail techs really care about their craft and clients. As long as the doors are open I will continue coming
