Elegant Threading and Hair Studio in Stockton, CA

Worst threading I've had, I've gone before and always had a good experience. But today she spent all of two minutes on my brows and ruined one of them I'm so upset. Like what did she do the part close to my nose is way too short and it doesn't even close to match the other side.

I purchased a Groupon for a full face threading. I called to see if I needed an appointment, but was told I can just walk in. When I walked in, both employees were sitting on the front seats with no other customers inside. I told them I had a Groupon to use and was taken to my seat right away. Not even after sitting in their chair for 2 minutes, another customer walks in stating they had a scheduled appointment at that time. I don't know if it was because I had a Groupon or just came in as a walk in, but the entire process felt incredibly rushed. I'm still about to see areas on my face that were just gone over real quick as there is still hair left behind. I also felt pressured to purchase a membership for threading upon leaving, but not entirely sure I will return to this business.

I purchased a Groupon for a facial and eyebrow & lip threading, which was done by Sue and it was great! So when I saw a Groupon for a cut, single color, deep conditioning and blowout I purchased it. I try to support small local businesses while getting bargains When I arrived I met Sonia and we consulted about my color, at which point she said the Groupon was for single color highlights. I disagreed saying that the 'single process color' was all over color, which is what she did. She blew my hair out (which is a treat because I rarely wear my hair straight) and it looked great. However, after washing it and styling it the way I typically wear it, I realized the bangs were not right. I called this morning and was told they could get me in Wednesday (which is a long time to live with bangs in your eyes) but there would be an additional charge. Of course I declined and advised them I wouldn't be back. I should note this a new location for which they are trying to get business. As much as I like to support small business, I'd skip this place, since they do not stand behind their services.

After having had some bad experiences with threading and waxing in the past, I had let my eyebrows go for months. I walked in to Elegant Threading this morning and had neat, natural, flattering arched eyebrows ten minutes after I decided to check them out. The owner, Sukhvir, makes you feel welcome and comfortable, and she explained all of the other services they offer (FACIALS!, mehndi, microblading, HAIR COLOR and styling) but didn't make me feel pressured to buy. Very clean and friendly salon and the cost was great too.

I came in for my facial I bought off of Groupon and was very happy they also had time to do my eyebrows. That was well done, and my facial felt amazing. Very relaxing, I would recommend to anyone
