Came in to get my nails and toes done the toes were fine. I had dip on my fingers I wanted to remove it and get gel. The lady cuts my nails with the dip before even asking length and then starts on my pinky nail. She takes the drill gets the first coat off and then with a fake tip she starts to rip off the dip from my nail bed. I was obviously in pain and I moved my hand away a couple of times. Never have I been to a nail salon that did not soak off the nails with acetone. The drill speed was too high and the rest of my nails are also damaged. She didn't even remove the tip I had on my other pinky nail. I was at station 3. Just very disappointing and have never experienced this method that ruined my nails and she couldn't even clean them up
I would recommend but they need to learn to actually do the hands all they did was file my nail down no cutting the dead skin off but if a man going to do nails he needs to do every step. The place is pretty expensive and they do half the job if they don't like you or even new.
I got a pedicure here the other day. My water was cold from the start and waited for them to begin on me for 20 plus minutes. I'm not coming back.
Came in for a pedicure and was seated right away. My chair massaged me the whole time(some nail salon chairs don't work)which was very pleasant. Friendly staff and clean environment. Will be back!
