Especially during the whole pandemic going on, I was very impressed with the organization of this place. I felt very comfortable in the salon, no negativity, which I've endured in nail salons. The stylists were all so sweet and supportive! No judgment. I was so relaxed I almost fell asleep during my hair appointment highly recommend. I drive 40-45 mins to come here and will probably never stop. My stylist is Sarah J.
I was happy until I got home. My stylist was super nice and that is honestly the only reason I'm giving 2 stars. If she wasnt, there'd be one- solely for the reason of having to rate. I'm 5'4" and couldn't fit properly to get my hair washed and therefore my stylist got red hair dye all over the back of my shirt. I was told it was "wet". No. My shirt was ruined. Most of my head was shaved and is so jacked up, it looks like a toddler took clippers to my head. Lastly; Tori put a perfect amount of color in- saturated it.. but didn't rinse it all out by ANY MEANS. I even showered when I returned home and still woke up the next day to find my (brand new) pillow and pillow case covered in red hair dye. So that's three things of mine ruined by hair dye due to inexperience and carelessness. I waited to write this review because I emailed them in hopes of maybe getting a refund and an apology because I 1000000% could've easily done a better job of this myself. I didn't have to go and spend $90. But I've received nothing at all back from them. Just not cool, guys. Won't be returning!
