I appreciate them taking me short notice (I scheduled at the end of the day before for the next morning). I got a pedicure and acrylics on my fingernails. The woman who did my toes did a great job. She took her time and was gentle. However, I was disappointed she didn't do my acrylics too because the man that did them rushed and did a sloppy job. They were not even busy at the time I went. When I asked him to fix parts he didn't do well he got annoyed. It came out alright when you look at them far away but closer you can see so many mistakes with the paint and shape. It looks sloppy and I wanted my nails nice for a special occasion.
Really disappointed in this experience. I was visiting from out of town and needed a manicure and pedicure for a few events over the weekend. I chose a neutral pink tone and from the moment my tech started painting I knew it was going to be an issue. The first coat went on tacky, somewhat dry, and could not cover the nail. The tech noticed this and wiped it off, but instead of saying "So sorry, but this particular color has expired/isn't up to standard" he took the bottle, walked away, and added something to it. Maybe cuticle oil? Shook it up and started reapplying. It went on moderately better, but still not great. Only three days later and my nails are already trashed. Definitely not worth the money spent and I wish they would have just let me select a new color. Would not recommend.
Made an appointment for 2 pedicures. We got there a few minutes before our appointment and we were told to have a seat to wait. 20 minutes went by before I finally asked how long it would be and then we decided to leave without any concern from the staff. Definitely would not be coming back here and would not recommended.
