Adesso salon in Worcester, MA

Very disappointed in my experience at Adesso. I have been coloring my hair for years and have never had such a nightmare result. Walking in, I wanted some blonde highlights for the summer. Walking out, I had purple streaks, chunky highlights (ew), a perfect root line around my forehead, and bleed marks from the color that bleached my hair and left spots around my face that I actually thought were bald!!! I went back to ask what the deal was and was told thats just how it is. It was so bad I had to drop another $150 to go get it fixed at another salon. Capelli Avanti on Grove St took me right away and saved me from looking like a fool.

Love Lucia Visci! She is the best colorist and hair stylist I've ever worked with and wouldn't ever go to anyone else! She is amazing and makes me feel like a new woman each month! She is also an amazing human who makes me laugh and so it's so much fun to spend time with her which is a plus!!

Had an appointment to do my hair for a wedding... Called to confirm the appointment and the person who was doing my hair had not arrive and the answer they gave me was that they had NO IDEA if he was going to show up. A lack of respect and consideration for customers not just for the person who did not show up but for everyone one who answered the phone who gave vague answers showing no concern for the customer Horrible place should not be in business

I bid on a series of services at a charity event so I went to this salon for a try. The first time I got one of the best blow drys ever. Came out perfect as well as a miracle conditioner that made my hair glen. Don't know what they used but it was wonderful. During the service I was asked if I wanted a cut. Since I had a cut recently and wear my hair long I said another time. Clearly this did not please the stylist. During my time at the salon my stylist had a long protracted conversation with another stylist in Albanian shouting over the sound of blow dryers. Still the beautiful blow dry won me over. My next visit was the same rude treatment but a great blow dry. During the time of my service I was bAdgered over and over to allow him to cut my hair. I said next time as I was happy with the blow dry that I would get a trim. Well, on my third visit I got my haircut. The worst mess I have ever experienced. I wear my hair long pass shoulders. He cut hunks of uneven layers in my hair. I went to my regular hairdresser and she could not believe it and showed me with a mirror the chunks he took out of my hair. Just the worst place. I left no tip. Told them they were unprofessional and did not listen to me and gave me a bad haircut. Never in my life have I written a bad review and thought long and hard before doing so. Beware.
