This was a Groupon coupon. The salon uses a home spa tub for pedicures that was like a loud diesel engine. The tools used seemed old and the nail clippers didn't cut. The technician was a bit rough and eased up when I explained she was hurting me. The first color used on my nail rolled off like it was thinner then it should be. The second bottle seemed too thicker.

Great place for lashes! Got a groupon here and I haven't been disappointed yet. Definitely a more humble appearing shop, but the people are nice and they do a good job!

There was a scheduling error for my appointment. I called the salon number and Jackie answered. After explaining the situation to her she offered to come in, on her day off, and do my hair. I accepted her offer. She did a fantastic job and I am so pleased. Her professionalism is outstanding, matching her skills as a cosmetologist. I look forward to seeing Jackie in the future for additional services as well as maintaining my hair. Jackie is committed to serving her clients and I am so happy with her service!

I came in today for a chemical hair service and I absolutely love it. My appointment was set and when it was a neat thing about it was the salon sent a text message to me confirming my appointment. This is convenient for me as I am very forgetful. I was also glad they were able to fit me in last minute. When I arrived I was warmly greeted and explained the process of the service I was going to get. The hairstylist who preformed the service Ashley was a AMAZING stylist.The shampoo and overall experience was very professional, she did not seem at all confused or unsure about ANYTHING. She has alot of experience and even worked out of State so I was impressed when she briefed me on her experience in the beauty industry. What I thought was going to be a lengthy process ended up being a reasonable time period due to her quick nature and diligence and I was able to leave on time. While I was there another woman came in and she also had a chemical treatment and her stylist was named Julie. Julie and the woman seemed to have a good conversation going on about the process she was getting done. One thing was clear in that they both knew exactly what they were doing ! I was glad because I have had some pretty horrible experiences in the past with other salons.I observed Julie preform a haircut also and that customer also left happy. When my stylist was done with the service she was able to give me a business card, a sample of a hair mask for me to follow up my chemical service with and she also wished me back, I loved all those little details. I will be coming to this salon again because I was impressed with the service and Ashley informed me they also offer Waxing, Makeup, Massage and Nails.
