Better service. New owners are kind and welcoming. Went in for a 5:00 appointment and was immediately greeted. Waited 10 minutes, but I was ok with that. I went in to have two of my nails fixed from a previous service with them. I appreciated the service was on the house, as I was expecting to pay. So far, so good.
New owners are great.They have the other salon by Schnucks and have now been going to both and always am super happy. My nails are come complemented every time!!
The new owners are amazing. This is the best experience I've ever had getting my nails done! Every worker was SO kind and did an amazing job on my nails. I had to wait about 5 minutes (I was a walk in) and they took $5 off my total. Would definitely recommend Victorian Nails!!
This place use to be great. New owners took over and its horrible. No customer service whatsoever. I made an appointment and when I got there they had no idea what I was talking about. Got the dip and after using a dremel, which is standard practice, only part of the old dip was removed before putting 3 layers of new dip on top. It was so thick and uneven it actually hurt. Long story short my nails are destroyed after having to use acetone several times to remove all the layers.
The ONLY nail place I'll EVER go to!! I get sooo many compliments and my nails last a long time! Angie is the BEST! She's very busy so make sure you make an appointment!
