Katie is great. I don't have easy hair to cut, it's curly and course.

I got a fade and she tapered it excellent. Sometimes I come out looking like a Brussel sprout but now with Katie. She was very knowledgeable and comforting. Thank you Katie.

There have only been 3-4 times in my life, where the service is so good or bad, that I feel the need to leave a review. This was one of them. This was my first time at this location, since it is further away from home.

I get a pretty standard buzzcut, but I have a spot where my hair grows straight out and looks slightly longer than the hair around it. I notice it after every haircut I've gotten for the last 10 years. I don't even mention it when getting my haircut anymore because it is what it is.

However, this haircut was different. The stylist (Her name was Kimi) was determined to make it look natural. She spent an extra 10 minutes fixing that spot, and I can honestly say it was the best haircut I have gotten. She said she "cant let people leave until she thinks their hair looks good". Kimi set new standards for customer service. I will be driving the extra distance to come back to this location to have her cut my hair.

I walked in to what seemed like a closed store. I guess the Open sign was on the fritz. Beyond that, I was attended to quickly and warned that I might smell pickles because my "stylist" just had lunch. Yay. She then asked me if I was Mexican.  As an icebreaker... or is Sport Clips taking a poll?? Super uncomfortable and I don't think I should ever have to verify my race at any store ever. This is America. I kept quiet because I just wanted to get out of there. She then proceeded to ask if I worked outside. Because there's a tan line behind my glasses. While that may not sound all that odd, the preceding question made me think she had a conversational agenda. Your people need to work on their schtick. They need to work on approaching people with real conversation or simply shut it, cut the hair, and get paid. Thanks for the okay haircut. I was incredibly happy to get out of there. I'll never go to this location again, and will think twice about visiting another.

If you need a quick cut this is a good stop. I walked in soon after opening for a quick trim and Michele got me right. She was very friendly and even funny. I don't like making a salon appointment for a simple trim so this worked great.

I trust Kimi to give me a good hair cut. I am Asian and I tend to look very young despite being in my 30s. So Kimi is able to give me a proper hair cut and, in my wife's words, not make me look like a school boy. Highly recommended. The staff are very professional and accommodating. They can also recommend the styles that best suites you.
