Salon Lofts Strongsville in Strongsville, OH

by far the worst and dirtiest place i've ever been in my life, as soon as i walked it smelt like 100 old people died as that smell lingered as i walked down to my amazing stylist which i feel bad she hates it there. while i was with my stylist i hear katie and heidy talking about clinets that walk in. every time i come in they make a smart face and talk in the corner about everyone. but never confront i think it's highly unprofessional to be acting that way to a client of the women that make u money but whatever. this is what i wouldn't tolerate one day i walked in and kate locked me out and then my stylist open the door for me and when i walked in they tripped me and started pointing and laughing. what are we in high school still? i would like to speak to someone in charge but i guess it's heidy and that's the issue. but i do not recommend coming here kate is a horrible hair stylist i heard she fries people hair to crisp.

Overpriced services for less than desired results. I saw Tessa for root tough up, hilites and cut. Hair is fried and grays were not even covered. Her response to me canceling a future appointment because of how damaged my hair is was not what I expected from that of a professional.

I use to go to Salon lofts and Maureen was my favorite stylist and color tech. I enjoyed seeing her but the overwhelming acrylic smell from next door made me sick. Thank God Maureen left to go to Sola salon in Strongsville because I would not go back because of the smell. If your are sensitive to smells, I would not recommend this place.

I was a first time customer of Salon Lofts in Strongsville and I have to say that it will be my last. When you go to a salon, you are not just paying for the cut and style, you are paying for an experience otherwise just go to super cuts and call it a day. You should feel like a million bucks when you leave and I felt like a $1.50 leaving this location. I had an appointment with Debbie for a cut and style. She was rude, answered her phone in the middle of my shampoo, she insulted the color of my hair, made a lunch order during the time she was drying my hair, she didn't listen to me, and I felt like I was not welcome. I had wanted layers and bangs and she told me, "It'll look different when you style it." Isn't that what I am paying for, for you (a professional) to style it? What I wanted was to feel pampered, but I left mad and frustrated. I will not recommend this place and I certainly will not be back.
