Sport Clips Haircuts of Missoula in Missoula, MT

Just got a great haircut there from Tanya!  She said they have new management recently and I haven't been there since 2016.  Thought I would try them out again and was not disappointed.  They told me I had a 25 minute wait when I checked in so I ran a couple of chores, came back 25 minutes later and she was just ringing up her client.  The MVP is $3 more than a regular haircut so why not right?  I loved the extra pampering of a shampoo, hot towel that smelled good, and the neck massage.  Tanya was friendly and cool and I will be back!

Went to get a haircut and there were two customers in there with three stylists. I checked in and was 7th in line because there were 6 people who checked in online. I waited for about 30 minutes in the store and by that time the two other customers left. The employees then went to the back to wait for the customers from online I waited another 15 minutes and walked out because I was the only one in the store with 3 employees waiting for the online check ins. I'm sure this could be policy but a ridiculous one that needs to be reviewed.

So disappointed in this place.  We have been to this place so many times. My son gets the full MVP and loves the treatment. I've tipped very very generously. We tried to book an appointment online tonight and the site was down so I called.  I spoke to one of the workers who told me to come right down and they'd be able to get him in that they weren't busy and someone else was 20 minutes late so it would be easy.  He then said to book online and I reminded him the site was down.  I asked if he could mark him in from there and he told me no.  So we hurried up and drove him down.  It took us about 10 minutes to make it across town.  My son walked in and they told him no...the same guy who had just told us to come down. His mom went in to ask and the guy tells her to look at the screen that they wouldn't fit him in.  He was rude and condescending.  Beyond unimpressed with the treatment.  Needless to say, we will not be using Sportsclips ever again.

All employees seemed very nice and personable; however, a somewhat new employee completely slaughtered my haircut. She was unable to trim my bangs in a straight line. When I left, they were in the shape of an upside-down horseshoe. Additionally, she ignore my request to only trim the top portion of hair. I left the shop and immediately went to a store to buy a hat to cover the haircut she provided. After being told I look like haircut resembled Lloyd from Dumb and Dumber, have since decided to give myself a buzz cut. (I have never reviewed someone on Yelp, but this haircut encouraged me to make an account, just to warn others)

Consistent, quality service at a competitive price.  With at least 6 chairs, it's typically feasible for me to bring my son, and we can both get our hair cut in a reasonable amount of time.
