Check in before, check in while you're there, it doesn't really matter. The employees don't care if you walked in and checked in first, they'll just trust the weasel who says, "It disappeared off the board I swear". Sat for over 45 minutes as 2 people got snuck in before me that I checked in before and sat in the lobby before. Haircut was solid by Rita! Kind lady. I'd come back for her, the others refused to even communicate.
Went to get a haircut as they were the one open during the pandemic thanks to Safer At Home. Not much of a line. I wanted a 2 to a 4 fade and I got a buzz cut which is nothing like I wanted and it went so fast I was too late to stop it. The stylists are nice and polite but I'm extremely dissatisfied with my hair and will now have to wear a hat/beanie for the next 1-2 months before it gets back to where I want. Still kind of in shock as I've never had a cut this short and it doesn't flatter me at all. Not coming back and should've asked for a refund. Sport clips has done me well before but not this one sorry. 1.5 star only because the stylists are enjoyable to talk to.
Terrible, the person cutting my hair hardly spoke English, did not offer MVP, as others were. Did not understand what I wanted, pulled more hair than cut, this was a bad experience, unhappy. Stay away!!
Seems like I never learn, went to the Longmont location for a haircut. After driving past great clips and seeing they were busy and that when I decided to give sport clips a try again. Went inside and there wasn't a customer in the place on a Saturday afternoon. Went to the counter and proceeded to tell them that I want a haircut. I said that I will take the VIP (MVP is what I should have said). I set my phone, wallet and glasses on the counter and just close my eyes while she cut my hair. And then asked if it was okay, really couldn't tell with my glasses off. She then took me to the backroom to wash my hair, while she was washing water was dripping down my back and really didn't do a good job washing it because could still feel some product in my hair. With their MVP service you are to get a back rub, she spent about 3 minutes doing my back. When got home and looked at my hair she left the top too long and cut the back really short, which I wanted the back just shaped up.
3 times at sport clips in Firestone now 1 in Longmont. Does sport clips not hire a decent cosmetologist
