This was my first visit to a Sports Clips for a personal haircut. My wife and I have brought our children here for years and have always found their haircuts to be good. I have a stylist I've used for years but I was not able to drive 30 minutes for a haircut today. The place was clean and the staff was very friendly upon entering. I had my haircut by Samantha. She exceeded all of my expectations and delivered a haircut as good as what I have been getting all of these years.
They have re-opened today. I have been coming here for years but have just met the owner for the first time. I was pretty aggravated because the app for sports clips is the worst ever .it does not update the arrival time and we got texted that we had an eight minute until service , an hour before we were originally scheduled to be there. When I explained this to her , she proceeded to speak over me ,tell me I'm wrong it's a wonderful app, and basically give the worst customer service ever. She is an obnoxious, opinionated, loud woman who should just get the hell out of the way , and let her stylists interface with customers. I like my stylist I've used , but there is no way in hell I'm giving my money to this business. Worst owner ever.
Sam is the best. She knows what I want and delivers and that is why of the 8 places (within a few miles) I could go to I come back to my local Sports Clips. Plus it very reasonably priced and they gave great promotions.
I asked for the $20 cut that includes a hot towel massage and hair wash but the stylist did not do that and she didn't remember to put gel in my hair usually it's a great place but I had someone different last time. I will definitely remember to ask for the same person every time.
They messed up my hair when I asked for just a 3 on the sides and leave most of my hair on top. They did a three on the sides but my top hair went from 4in to 1in and I was pissed.
