I recommend Azia for nails. She has so many neat ideas for nail designs. She makes lots of suggestions and is patient with hearing about what you want your nails to look like.

I cant believe they do not want to fix my nail after i supported their business. I asked for a manager phone number and they did not want to provide it to me. This is not good customer service. I hope someone will reach out to me and help me out. This is ridiculous. Spent $120 ...2 days ago and the nail broke. Fix the mistake Divine Nail Spa. And i have a crazy following on other platforms and will not be recommending this place.

I've been coming to this nail salon at least monthly since they opened. Ann is absolutely amazing, she is always sweet and friendly, and treats me with respect every appointment. Ann works quickly but is a perfectionist when it comes to making sure it's exactly how I want it. She's incredibly patient with me when I'm indecisive about my color choice (which is every time haha), and will take the time to even mix colors together to get the shade I want! Tony does my picky teenager's acrylic nails and she loves it every time. We love going in to relax and unwind, as it's a very soothing and relaxing environment, unlike other nail salons I've gone to. I'm lucky to have found this place!

Awful Customer Experience - Avoid This Nail Salon! I've been a loyal customer at Divine Nails in Haymarket for over 15 years. However, lately, I've been deeply disappointed with their service, particularly Ann's attitude. During my last visit, my daughter was passed around between three different technicians - Chi, Julie, and Ann - which was already frustrating. But what really upset me was when Ann abruptly took over Julie's work on my daughter's manicure to assist a walk-in customer, leaving my daughter confused and without any explanation. To add to the frustration, today I received a call informing me that my technician was running late, but they failed to mention that my daughter's appointment would also be delayed. Upon arrival, she had to wait once again, without any explanation or apology. Throughout the visit, customer service was abysmal, showing a lack of interest and being unhelpful. To address these concerns, I reached out to Quyen, the manager, but unfortunately, she ignored my message, displaying a complete lack of professionalism and respect for their customers. There was no attempt to rectify the situation or show any remorse, indicating they don't value customer feedback or satisfaction. Overall, this experience has been highly disappointing, and I cannot recommend this nail salon to anyone. Save your money and go elsewhere where you'll be treated with the respect and care you deserve.

If I could leave zero stars I would, 1st visit was awesome so I returned 2nd time no where near the same different man didn't listen well put the wrong color. 3rd time was not the charm same guy as my last visit, used the drill on my toenails I let him know he was hurting me 2 times he said he didn't understand asked someone else and proceeded to use an emory board and continued to hurt me. Used the wrong color Again after I told him it wasn't right I had to stop the appointment only to still pay $57 dollars for the worse service I have ever had on my feet ! Chose DG08 for color they are not the same color whatsoever one of the ladies said oh it's different because of the sunlight fading the display! Do Not use this business plenty of other nail salons to choose from!
