The scheduling on the App is a nightmare. 3 times I would schedule an appointment with a specific stylist only for the appointment to disappear from the schedule after I've already waited 30-45 minutes. Each time I've been here I've been kicked off the schedule and ended up staying there over 2 hours for a simple haircut. If you like being frustrated and wasting your day.... Then this is the place for you!!!! What a fricken joke!

One of the best haircuts I've had in a Long time! And I used to go to Hudson Fouquet who charges twice as much and never gave a haircut this good. Christina is Awesome!

I always use sports clips, but this location definitely missed the mark. Haircut was terrible, they don't offer the same military discount as every other location.

Needed a quick undercut since my long hair was making my head a sauna due to humidity. I should take advantage of the "Check-in" feature next time since I am only 2 min away, it's a convenient feature so I don't need to wait at the shop next time. My stylist was polite and great. Did exactly what I asked for, the shampoo and massage was refreshing, and had a great small talk on where and what I can do as I am clueless of the Annapolis/Edgewater area even after visiting here maybe at least once a year for the past 19 years. Definitely will come back for a quick trim when I need it in my future visits to Edgewater.

I've been going to Sport Clips since I moved to this area 4 years ago. Cuts have always been good but pricey. I felt with the MVP it was worth it. I scheduled a cut last week online, arrived and checked in. Was told I had to wait in the car until told they were ready, she was very abrupt in her instructions. I didn't think much of it and got in my car. I watched as people came and went and finally my app notified me that they were ready. I walked back in and was immediately told to go back outside, when I attempted to state the app had indicated they were ready I was cut short and told again to go outside. The stylist's chair was empty and I waited outside for another 10 minutes. Finally I went in and before she could yell at me again I informed them I was canceling my appointment. After 4 years of being a solid customer, especially during the pandemic, I was made to feel that my business wasn't wanted. So no worries, I won't be back. Found a local barber that does a great job, hot lather neck shave and charges only $10 ... she'll get my business and a huge tip instead of these ungrateful folks. You don't want my business/money? I don't need you.
