Katie is my go to gal for any of my waxing needs. She has been doing my Brazilian waxes for over a year now and I can't imagine going to anyone else. It took a lot of courage to finally decide to get this service done and I'm glad I chose her to do this very personal wax. Every time i go, shes always professional, keeps a good conversation going, and always makes sure I'm comfortable. Shes super knowledgeable about after care and products too. The heated bed is nice little touch too.
Whatever you do...don't cancel! After nearly two years and after purchasing more than $2K worth of services and retail product, my wife fell ill and had to cancel an appointment. It was her third cancellation in that same period of patronage (the first two were for professional/work conflicts). Each time she not only re-scheduled but tipped generously and offered profuse apologies. Then we received a letter from the owner with not a note of thanks but only abrupt "schooling" and chastising for the cancelled appointment. The letter informed us that in the future a credit card hold would be necessary and a cancellation fee assessed. This directive missive was the very first mention of any issue by the owner and came across as rude, and ungrateful. We will not be going back. At Body Wellness, the customer is NOT first.
