I came in to Kim's nails after I got my nails done at a different salon and was unsatisfied with the result. They said they could help me fix them, and did it very quickly while he also took his time to make sure each nail looked good. Then they said they wouldn't charge me to fix the mistake! Of course I tipped, but the people in Kim's are very nice and also do a great job on nails.
I have been going to Kim's for 9 months now. I've only had two good experiences with the owner. Yesterday I went in an had long healthy nails that just needed a fill and a little bit of a cutdown. The woman who did my nails was all over the place dropping things and stopping every minute to change her tool like she didn't know what she was doing. I always get dip and they file it down to look natural, this lady did not file at all she just applied the tip and top coat and it was extremely thick and lumpy. I thought by the end maybe she would fix it but after she told me I was finished I looked at my fingers and told her it was terribly done and I can't leave like this. She got angry and stormed off to another client so my usual nail tech came and apologized and fixed it. It was unacceptable how they wanted me to leave there with my nails like this.
