We have been to many different locations in Duluth and this was our first time here. We wont be back. I have a 12 and 9 year old. My 12 year old son who has special needs. His hairstylist has had no experience with working someone with him to no fault of her own. However I was disturbed with the fact she wouldnt speak directly to him and ask for the task she needs from him to complete his hair cut. She read his profile 2 on the sides and finger length on top with a harsh part to confirm my expectation.He ended up looking like a 2 all over with no part. She didn't finish his haircut with product either. Due to his age I paid more for him.My 9 year old same cut different stylist was given the great service the exact cut we asked for and styled with product. And his was less expensive. As someone who worked behind the chair for multiple years . This was not the inability to do hair but just someone who was in a hurry didnt want to take the extra 5-10mins and wanting to get to the next client. Unfortunate this why salons get the reputation as a chop shop.
Good price good service. My husband walked in and got a great haircut and style. Great location. Kind caring talented people.
Walks ins are not welcome. I've tried three times in the past week to get a simple haircut and they are booked multiple hours until closed. It wasn't like this 6 months ago. Not sure if they are understaffed or what but if you don't book online hours ahead you are not getting your hair cut.
Only gave it 1 star because I had to. Went to get my son a haircut about 2 hours before close. There was 1 person sitting in the lobby & we were told they were no longer taking people because it was too close to closing. Really? So we drove down the road to another location with the same closing time. The waiting area is completely full & they are still taking people. The Bluestone location is completely ridiculous. The lady was rude & they had plenty of time to do a haircut.
I bring my one year old here. I'd have to say Hannah did an amazing job, she was patient, kind, and great at keeping my little boy entertained during the whole process! Thanks Hannah, you do an exceptional job!!!
