All the people whining and giving bad reviews .. I'd love to go to their jobs and see how perfectly they run things with zero error or difficulty. I've been coming to this location since I moved to Bastrop three years ago. Never had an issue with checking in online. Have I had to wait a little longer? Yes. Why? Because prissy Paulie wanting his hair to be styled just perfectly raised such a stink about a couple of hairs being out of place that his haircut took over an hour. Is that the fault of the stylist? No. You come to Sport Clips for a good haircut - you want a Hollywood stylist to sculpt your coif? Go somewhere else and get out of the way. Did you check in online and have your time moved up? Is that the stylist's fault? No, someone else bailed for some reason so at least they let you know you could come earlier. That happened to me and I wasn't able to make it as early as it said so I did this neat thing the kids can't figure out and I CALLED the location to let them know and they moved me back a spot in line so I didn't lose my appointment. These folks are great and it's always nice to chat with them while they work. I get to hear their stories about all the whiny babies complaining about their horrible experience and how one minute of personal responsibility on the part of the customer would have remedied the whole thing.

So disappointed today. My son really likes his stylist at this location. We always check in on-line and have a pretty accurate estimate wait time. Not today After checking in on-line and were given a 114 min wait. About 60 min into the wait time, we realized his place had been moved up so we raced to the location but were cancelled while we were on our way. I called and explained but was pretty much given a "sorry you'll have to go back to the end of the line and wait the 85 min" I guess we'll be trying a new place. The point of checking in on-line should keep from having to do all the waiting.

Would give this place 0 stars if possible. I checked in with a 42 minute wait time- I made it in about 30 minutes with 12 minutes left to check in. I walk inside only to be told my name "fell off", they had called my name already even though it was showing I had 12 minutes left to check in. I ask to speak with a manager and all she has to say to the lady at the counter was, "He has to wait." Then she walked out and took her lunch. She didn't address me and left it at that. They expect me to wait another 145 min. I am not happy at all and most likely will never be returning to this mediocre place.

If you're wanting a decent hair cut with a decent wait time, don't come here. We have tried several times to give this location the benefit of the doubt but after yesterday were done. I check my husband in online at 3:30 and I received an email for him to be there at 5:03. He arrived at 4:45 with his name being next on the list. Instead of cutting his hair next they started to cut the people who had just walked in. So again unless you like to wait several hours for a hair cut that probably wont even be what you wanted dont come here
