Really wish I could give them a better rating however it was not a great experience. No pricing or services menu anywhere not sure what they offer and they're basically free to charge whatever they want once you're done so ask before you agree to a service. Should have read the other reviews. This guy has no finesse left bleeding as well. However It did look clean, I'll give them that, but given that they were empty I'm not surprised. Can't get dirty if there's no customers. Whoever the guy was he was too busy playing on his phone to do the work right and had to be correct. If he is the owner it's not a great business strategy to keep driving customers away. Just saying

Discriminates!!! Avoid this place Several months ago I went in this place to get a pedicure. I am a cis male. The male owner was there alone and had NO customers. He called his wife to come in from home. I chalked it up to him watching the World Cup and not wanting to miss any of the action on his phone. I go back in today and he is busy giving an African American lady a manicure and his wife is busy giving a pedicure in the back of the shop. I was there 15 min and another lady comes In and asks for a pedicure. We both continue to wait he finishes up the manicure he is working on and promptly takes the other lady back (no she did not have an appointment) The African American lady and I look at each other with the questioning look on our face The lady tells him I was there first which he acknowledge but tried to say o had requested his wife which i promptly denied. The lady told him to help me first and he said "No I will not help men" While I am a member of the LBGTQ community and while that hasn't been an issue with his wife as it's not discussed ( I'm a ex bull rider, and still currently wrestle and rope) as I'm a masculine guy with a child. It's 2023 there is no place for discrimination. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Nails look great but so painful. left bleeding and cuticles all cut up. went because said they could fit both me and my bsf in at same time but took about an hour and a half for both of us and one at a time.

I have to admit, I'm very shocked to see the reviews are so bad because I just randomly walked in this shop tonight desperate to find a good nail tech bc my original lady would not take me. I was greeted by Tom, the owner who was actually getting ready to close up, but he decided to take me without an appointment. I told Tom that I couldn't find anyone who could do a good Ombré, and he pulled out his phone and showed me how he is the MASTER of ombrés! I felt so relieved after seeing his work. He told me his full background and experience in doing nails, and showed me that he was going to make sure that I left happy. I could really see he has a passion for what he does. All of his equipment was clean, and he makes his own powders, which is impressive. I am so excited to show off my beautiful nails. This guy is great. Trust me on this one!

Went in for a manicure and left bleeding. While I completely understand that every business is different, it was a disappoint to request my nails to be clipped and not have them "shaped" instead. The tech did not clip, shine, or massage. Hplease be wary of this establishment.
