My mother and I had appointments booked online for 2/24/24. I received multiple email confirmations. We show up at our appointment time and surprise, no one is in the shop and doors are locked. We waited a half hour and no one showed up. I left a note in the door and walked by the next day - the note was still where it landed inside on the door mat. No one showed up to work at all on a Saturday. This isn't the first time this happened; I showed up to my appointment on 6/21/23 only to be told it was cancelled and was asked "Didn't they call you?" Who? Obviously there is a huge disconnect between the scheduling department and salons because no one let me know either time. I won't be back to spend my money here.
Very impressed with this place. First time in a long time stylist listened to what kind of cut I wanted and loved it even better! Really recommend
I have shoulder length, curly hair and my teen daughter has long, straight hair. Megan does an incredible job for both of us with cut, color, highlights & style. She's very up to date and knowledgeable -- highly recommend!

Absolutely LOVED Felix! She did my perm and it's absolutely what I wanted. When I walked in there was only two women working. Felix had several people waiting. I signed in and sat down. Another lady walked in and the young gal took her right over without addressing me since I had put myself on list as first available. I asked her why this person was called and no me. She replied "I don't DO perms!" Umm excuse me but ANYONE who actually went to Beauty College KNOWS HOW to do a perm. If you "don't do perms," maybe you shouldn't be WORKING at a salon that does perms. MAYBE you ought to work at Supercuts. Then to top it off, I'm TRYING to have a conversation with my hair stylist and this LOUD employee comes busting in, dragging her "boots" all around the shop talking at the top level. Well, there went my relaxation. Felix needs to move shops like Mazook did because the LOUD woman had RUINED THIS SHOP!!' Horrible! I'll never go back!!
