Been coming here for a while. During my haircuts the owner is usually pretty loud. It seemed like everyone was laid back and all of this didn't bother me until recently. The owner decided to scold one of her employees in front of customers. I believe the owner's name is Ginger. She went on to tell her how this woman came back and that was the worst haircut she ever saw. She told this worker that since it was so bad, she can't cut any walk-in customer's hair and needed to only cut her own clients. I just thought this was very unprofessional. Regardless of how laid back and environment is, doing this when there were many customers around is rude. Makes for a very awkward situation both for the clients and that poor woman. Won't be coming back here as it just left a bad taste in my mouth.
Absolutely ridiculous. Went in since they had such high ratings and most of the reviews were really really good, my stylist was Christine (or christy) and she was horrible.
Yanked and pulled my hair while combing it I was in tears she didn't say anything, didn't apologize. Just "oops" and a chuckled. Absolutely ridiculous.
Still ended up giving her a good tip since I am a stylist myself and she looked at me like "that's all your giving me?" . Also not to mention my hair cut is HORRIBLE. I could have done a better job on myself.
Please stay away from this place. Hair dresser in the front with apparently 9 years of experience. She wear glasses and with blonde hair messed up my 5 years old hair after 40 mins of doing something she has no clue about. Extremely rude and threatening. When I asked her to let me go since my child started crying after she started yelling and threatening. Please save yourself from this place.

My favorite stylist was Jennie and I was sad to see her go. She could do an amazing inverted bob with a stack and was super quick. I've heard Lauren is good too so I'll be trying her next. Love this place because it's only like $7 for a haircut!!!
Came in needing a simple trim and a lady named April took care of me. She was very nice and listened to everything I had to say about what I wanted. Ending up being super fast and efficient. 100% would recommend!
