I love this salon so much! I go to Jen and she is a rockstar. She knows exactly what my hair needs. It's always relaxing coming in and they offer a great selection of products as well.
Solo has been incredible! I've been coming for years now and I can't imagine going anywhere else! The whole team is amazing and especially Jen! They are definitely experts in their field but also fun and chill. 10/10 recommend.
Took my two daughters to get their hair cut by Megan. It was not done well so I complained a day later after I actually had a chance to wash and style it myself. They called back and said it was my fault that I did not notify them there and corrected the stylist when she asked me. It was curled and in the moment, it was hard for me to tell. Emily (assuming manager) told me she was the professional and they stand by their services. They also offered me $10. It cost $90 per child. Not including tip. This is the second time this has happened but with another stylist. I didn't complain the last time. The staff is rude and glare at you. They speak to you In such a condescending tone. Horrible place.

My wife tried to cancel her appointment more than a day in advance because she caught the covid and didn't want to visit them. First - no one picks up the phone there. Even after several attempts, the people wouldn't understand, refused to let us talk to the manager, and insist on deducting the 50% cancelation fee. That was when we called a day in advance.
