Today was the worst threading I had ever gotten. My usual lady Muno was not there so I let a random Tech do my eyebrows. Needless to say I have to come back, when Muna is there, so she can correct it for free. I am extremely disappointed the lady in the first place wasn't that friendly. I won't be back. They really need zero stars.
Baby they are rude and will rush and mess you up. I kept telling this one lady I didn't want her to do my brows because she messed them up and she kept trying to walk up to me when I told her no 3 times. Smh not worth 10 dollars.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I went in today and I told the lady " I want thick eyebrows, not thin. Please take very little off" and she agreed. Once she was finished I asked her to see the mirror so I can check it and I look like I belong in the 90's. I told her "I told you I wanted them thick" and her response was "well everyone likes them defined". I told her "why would you do them how everyone else wants their eyebrows when I told you how I liked mine?" and her smart ass response was "well they look thick to me". I called the manager and she told me to come in tomorrow so she can "fix" them. I don't have any hair on my eyebrows, they can't be fixed until hair grows back!
Samana is the only person who threads my brows, and I love her! She only works on Fridays though. I have had Saleena do mine before also and she does good work also.
I love SOI in Desoto!!! They are so friendly and they do excellent work!!! Sita, Samana, Sangita all of these ladies are amazing!!! I trust everyone in the shop and I am very picky!! Keep up the good work ladies!!!!
