My main complaint was about my customer service experience with them today. I booked an appointment with them for Friday at 115 pm and got the times mixed up and thought it was 130 pm. And yes I admit it was my mix up but an honest one. I walked in the door at LITERALLY 131 pm and was told I missed my appointment. I had no idea and tried to rebook. They said in order to rebook they would have to charge a 25 dollar no show fee because there was no call made to say I was going to be late.
This made me pretty upset because other salons I have gone to in the past if they are going to do that will AT LEAST CALL if after you're five minutes late before they charge you this fee. I was NOT called beforehand and also the front desk girl was very smug about the whole exchange. They didn't even have my card on file to charge the "late fee" but I paid it and plan on going elsewhere.
I would just say this could've been handled better and I understand their need to cover their time but there should have been more respect for their customers in its management. Especially since this was my first time missing an appointment.
I always look forward to going get my hair done! Megan Hebert always does a fantastic job! She is an absolute delight to work with (and I highly recommend booking her for your wedding)!!! This past visit I wanted a subtle balayage for the summer, and Meg nailed it! I cannot recommend her and SOHO enough, they are always friendly and ready to listen and help with whatever you may need.
