Overcharge and skim on nail solution. They must be watering down the solution in some form. Not quality for the price. Nice place though, I see where all the overpricing comes from! Just don't go if you want the bang for your buck.

Tried this place based on a recommendation from family while I was visiting from out of town. WARNING: they use mma in their acrylic sets. If you know anything about nails this is highly frowned upon and dangerous.
Other than that, they charge based off length, so they are definitely pushing you to get them longer. Paid $90 for these which isn't the worst pricing but definitely higher up there. The price is too high for the quality however. They made the acrylic layer extremely thin and my real nail underneath cracked in half within the first two days. I had to get it soaked off and that's when my nail tech told me they had used mma to chop their products. I could tell as soon as they had done my nails tho, it makes ur nails itchy and painful. i'll stick with my nail tech next time.
honestly might file a complaint with the state cosmetology board. dangerous outdated practices.

My go to place. nails are always AMAZING. Henry does it the best  They have the best service, and they best people there!!!!

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!! Well I drove 6 1/2hrs for a BOOKED appointment to get a manicure & pedicure. The pedicure was nice and the tech was very polite. The problem came in after my pedicure was done. I was seated at a mail station, and told to wait there a tech would be with me shortly; keep in mind this was at 9:50AM. About 15/20 minutes had passed without anyone acknowledging me. Some time later a group of 3 Caucasian women walked in for services and I was asked to get up and move so the group could be seated. There were several other stations open, so asking me to move was mistake #1. Within 5 minutes of the group being seated, nail technicians were already pulling up their carts and had started servicing the party of 3. After waiting another 5 minutes another Caucasian lady was seated next to me, and had began receiving her services as well while I just sitting there. At this point 30 minutes had gone by without me being serviced so I decided to leave! Never again will I waste my time or money at this place. I would give this place 0 starts if I could, and they honestly can suck out of my ass with a straw!

My sister and I went not too long ago because a refill was needed. The nail tech informed my sister that she could change the nail color she wanted, BUT didn't let her know that they'd charge her $50 for it. There wasn't even a sign saying that it would be a $50 fee nor did they have a sign for any prices for anything. I definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
