For being in the oil center this place is a gem. Decor is modern and comfortable. Food is gourmet and service is fast. Priced just right.

Wildly unprofessional service. I created a yelp account just to write this review.

I thought I was going to love it. The hostess was very polite and welcoming, and the decor was okay. Our waiter took out order very quickly - we were on an hour lunch break. The burgers sounded insanely good and we were very excited and hungry.

Thirty minutes later and still no food. The waiter tells us that a large to go order was placed around the same time we got there and they hadn't even put our order in yet. It would be another 25 minutes. We had to get back to work and had to leave hungry. I was appalled.

That is not how you run a restaurant, especially one that is located in the oil center that will obviously be a lunch break destination for all the professionals in the area. I was very very disappointed and also hungry. They could have told us earlier that the wait would be so long, or, like restaurants that end up being successful, they could figure out how to prepare large to go orders and small in house orders concurrently. I don't understand how whoever runs this place thought the course of action should be to make the entire to go order before addressing the orders of the people in the restaurant.

So unprofessional.

Maybe I was expecting too much from this place having heard many rave reviews, and being a fan of the Acme Taco?

Maybe I'm just not foodie enough to appreciate what they crafted?

Maybe I just picked the wrong burger?

I don't know, but I was just not impressed. Yes, the meat was fresh and good, but my burger was just kind of plain and boring. They don't really let you change the burger either, you pretty much get it how it comes. Mine was dryish I might say.

I think I need to give it another shot, but I won't be rushing over.
