Scheduling is imposible and unprofessional. My appointment was cancelled an hour before. Will not be trying to get a spot here again.
Showed up at 12:10 pm. They told me and my friend that they could take us in 30 minutes so we left my phone number so they could call. an hour and a half later, we had decided to call and they were so confused as to who we are and why we were calling. Once we got there, my friend was told she couldn't do acrylics because the nail artist can only do regular manicures, albeit horrible ones. Her nails had fibers imbedded onto them and that paint was so sloppy that a child could have done the same if now better LOL. As for me, the service was fine. I don't necessarily have complaints, but I don't think that the job was any better than I could have done myself. Overall, definitely not worth the price. It seemed like they were rushing to get out and didn't care about us. Apparently they're trolling their reviews, so maybe don't trust the good reviews on here like I stupidly did. If you need nails done in Elsinore, just go to the one by the old Walmart. LMAO this experience was laughable.
Wow! Wow! Wow! If you want a true manicure and pedicure, go here!!!! This was my 2nd manicure and after all these years I have ripped off by other places because they don't give you the true service. By far, one of the best manicures I've had! Thank you Tania! I had a pedicure done as well on a separate day and that girl did a good true pedicure services as well. Definitely my new go to place for mains and pedis!!!! I will forever support a business who cares and takes pride not only in their work but care about the customer and their well being by taking the proper protocol of sanitization and single use of products.
Santos was great with my mani/pedi...very sociable and well skilled. I feel conflicted now cuz I want to go back to my old salon (before COVID mess) but also appreciate her services!
My nail polish fell off same day sorry must of been me.But over all this place is very clean great staff..
