This is my favorite pedicure place!!! Truly amazing work done here by everyone I've seen. Today I took my two daughters and their two friends for the little moss mani pedi treatment and it was PERFECT. The girls got mock tails and to pick colors and it was so fun and cute.
I love SOAK because there are no strong smells or loud noises and it's truly relaxing. Highly recommend. They are constantly training new techs so be forgiving if someone is learning and don't bash them with a bad review. They do good work here.

The people were nice enough but for the price, I could have done my feet at home and saved so much money.  They kind of scrubbed my feet.  They kind of trimmed the nails.  They didn't use a base coat and the polish looks cheap.  For the price, I expect more.

I've loved Soak for years (I only take breaks in the winter months to let my toes go natural) but sadly that has changed. They have changed. For months now my appointments have consistently started 10-15 minutes late. I tolerated it, never complained. Then the service became inconsistent - sometimes no foot scrub, or no lotion, hot towels, etc. (I've since learned this could be inadequate training for new team members). My fault for not saying something but I usually would realize belatedly and then assume I got shorted because they were running behind. To be clear, I always book the same service. My last appointment was three weeks ago. I respectfully showed up 5 minutes early and at 5:25 I was still waiting, and there was no communication. Upon asking I learned I was waiting for one of the two techs working on other clients, and it was clear they both had at least 15 minutes to go. I don't normally get agitated but this was going too far and completely disrespectful of my time so I chose to pay for my [rather pricey] drink and leave. At some point in the day they had to have realized they were running 30+ minutes behind and could have made a courtesy call to let me know/push my appointment back, but they didn't. They didn't tell me when I arrived, and didn't acknowledge the lateness at all until I asked. I immediately followed up with an email to the owners and they still haven't bothered to respond! That speaks volumes, they have clearly lost sight of customer service and/or just don't care anymore, and it's what prompted me to share here. It's a shame, many of the techs are excellent at their craft and are wonderful people too. They deserve better support and more time to complete the services, and as a client I deserve respect for my time and consistent value. I used to hear loads of people rave about Soak, and I always told everyone to go here, but more and more people I know have also experienced a declining level of service. I hope the owners wake up and put some more effort into their business, their clients, and their staff. I'm not sure when, or if, I'll be ready to book again. Perhaps when I start hearing positive things again.

I went on Friday and by Saturday afternoon most of the mail polish was chipping.  It was incredibly expensive for the service.
