Just received my first pedicure from Tracy at Lavender Nail Spa. The environment is inviting and relaxing. Tracy did a beautiful job. Great place to pamper yourself!
I called at the last minute for an appointment to get my nails done (Christmas week). They were able to accommodate an appointment for the same day! The salon was very clean, the music playing in the background was relaxing (had I been laying down I may have fallen asleep). It was such a great vibe. The nail technician (I had the owner), was very gentle and listened to what I wanted. I left as a very satisfied customer. I'll be going back for a pedicure after the holidays!!
Love this spa. They always do a careful job on my manipedi and the hand and foot massage is so relaxing.
I book an appointment for 1pm for my self and my 2 children for pedicures.When we arrived 5 minutes early I was told "your early sit down and wait" that with the loud music should have been my red flag to leave. After waiting 45 minutes past our scheduled appointment time I was sat in a chair with ice cold water while my daughter was place in a chair that didn't work like I wouldn't notice as they made me sit on the end. Most of my time spent in the chair was the lady cleaning off nail polish she got all of my toes and cut my nails so short and did not say one word the whole time. While checking out after being here for 1 1/2 hours the women must have realized she never put a top coat in my daughters toes and proceeded to paint her nails while they were in her slides standing at the register. After she said " you can leave tip here" I explained no thank you and she screamed to the whole shop "NO TIP" while I'm cleaning of nail polish off the top of my foot. I will not be returning!
