Literally the worst hair cut I have had in my entire life. I asked for about 4 to 5 inches to be cut off into a cute medium length bob. Instead I walk out with uneven hair to my chin. I am so p****d. This happened Friday. The only positive experience I had was that the lady was friendly. I will never return again. My hair is beyond uneven and she didn't take her time at all. I specifically showed her where I wanted my hair cut to and instead she did exactly what she wanted.
She cut my hair way too short and she wouldn't stop talking. It was like she was on crack or something. I wanted a long inverted bob and I got a short as shit regular bob. Sucks ass here
I went here last night and the girl butchered my hair. My mistake obviously since I had to go this morning and get it recut before I could even go to work. I don't understand how I needed a trim turned into I needed bangs and a mullett. I can't remember the girls first name her last name was Hargrove though. I was crying this morning.
The only reason I have this place 1 star is because I had to. I cannot even begin with how terrible this place is. I went in the afternoon before my birthday party. All I wanted was carmel highlights in my dark brown hair and for it to be dried and flat ironed afterwards. I ended up spending 4 hours in the salon. I walked away with a chemical burn on my scalp and blotchy color. The "style" was horrendous. My hair straightens very nicely but somehow it was frizzy and wavy by the time I got in the car. It was not worth the time or $200 I spent there. Do yourself a favor and stay far away.
