I used to go here to get my hair cut and styled, and got my dad to take my mom there. Mom had a stroke several years ago and is confined to a wheelchair. My dad took my mom in for a color and cut. The stylist was terrible! We've used her in the past, but suddenly she's gotten careless. She cut my mom's hair with a clipper and she cut it too short, right at the scalp. Then she proceeded to make a total mess of my mom's hair. Her name is Sabrina. We won't be going back.
About a year ago I had three appointments that were not kept by The Stylist double booking and I thought I'd give them another chance today with a different stylist, it started with just want u to know ur gonna be freezing if I wash ur hair,, so if you want to come back or just get a dry cut,, I said I'm fine,, which seemed to upset her,, she started washing my hair a bit aggressively and snapping questions, she ask me what I wanted, when I replied she said "your hair is to short for that" I told her I had a pic, the pic actually had the name of the cut I wanted under it, the pic was shorter than my hair. She then asked if I wanted my head shaved, I replied I wanted to keep it as long as possible, she interrupted saying the pic is shaved so what do u want, by this point no way did I want her near my head with scissors, so I asked her to just dry my hair and I would go. I was then run over with "do u just have a problem with questions" I said no I have a problem with the condescending attitude. I was then bombarded with "I'm sorry ur having a bad morning " "u still have to pay" " I'm not condescending" and a lot of "honey, sweetie, darlings" and u still have to pay. I had completely stopped speaking when blow dryer came on. She turned it off with less than half my hair dry , in 18 degree weather, and said u don't have to pay, I sure hope ur day gets better. I guess this explains then high turnover here and what the other stylist was saying. I can't speak to their work, but hope they're not having a bad day if u go...good luck
