Stay away from this place if you have long hair. I went in before my wedding with hair down my back to be cut 1/2 inch dry cut. I came out with my hair chopped up to my neck! This g is she knew I was doing an updo for my wedding. I complained and they offered to fix it. So I said ok and it looked the same and I just cried when I got home. It took me 1 year to grow it for my wedding. I was in a relaxing state and didn't pay attention but either way it's their job to listen to the customer. Not do their own thing.
Have got my hair cut many times and the girls always done a great job. They wet my hair down, cut it, put gel on it and dried my hair. I went in on Feb. 21, 2017 to get my hair cut. A older lady waited on me and I ask her what was going on all the girls there she said it was for practice. She ask me if I wanted my hair washed I said no so she wet it down and cut it. She ask me how I liked my hair cut so I put my glasses on and said it looked ok. She didn't even give me a mirror to see the back. She then said you are done and my hair was still wet. She didn't even dry it so being cold I had to buy a hat at Walmart to wear because of my wet hair. They sent me a survey by e-mail so I complained about the service. Patience one of the mangers called on Saturday and I told her what happened. She said they were teaching people to cut hair something like that she said. I said they didn't practiced on my hair did they. She said no that the main manager cut my hair. I ask why didn't she dry my hair. Patience said you have to ask. I said you never had to before. Who sends a person in Feb. in Pa out of a place with wet hair. They have lost my business.
