Came in and asked for mini-highlights and a trim (5 foils) and was told they stop taking in customers for color at 5 pm. It was 4:45 and only 2 people in there, one was almost done. Well I get off work at 4:30 And hurried across town for nothing. They are open till 8pm but apparently don't want to actually work that late. Won't try going there again.
michael cut my hair and had to deal with a real jerk wanting a refund from 3 months before and was magnificent in the way he handled the whole situation - as a gramma/elder hopefully not soon forget this young man and what an incredible role model he is for young/old and a talented man with scissors
