The 2 girls working in the store are very friendly and knowledgeable. Also very talkative. I have gotten my eye brows waxed there twice with no problem. The second time I got waxed I also recieved a hiar cut. Now I went to school for cosmetology and I let the stylist know that, thinking she would take more care in my cut knowing I would be more picky and could tell if something wasn't right. Well, she didn't. My hair is so uneven I can't even wear it up without it looking awful. Down it looks perfectly fine. It is a little shorter than I would have liked, but I can deal with that. The fact of the matter is that she just majorly jacked up my layers. I called the store to see what their policy was on an unsatisfactory hair cut and the lady told me I only had a week to come back to the store and they would fix it for me. If I have a massively messed up hair cut I surely don't want you cutting my hair again. I don't really know how someone can know if their hair cut will work for them in only a weeks time, I just thought I needed to wait it out and I would get used to syling it at this length but it still just looks terrible.
