My first visit as I just moved to Batesville. I had a very overgrown (4 months), longer pixie cut style. I had split ends and desperately needed a cut. Cora was my stylist and she was very nice and listened to me about what I had done previously. she was great at giving me options for a new style. She checked with me throughout the process to make sure I was getting what I wanted and she did a fabulous job of taking my shaggy hair do and reshaping it into a fantastic look. She gave me her honest opinion when I asked her for it and I'm glad I took her advice. I typically trust the stylist to do what they know best as I'm usually very undecided once I sit in the chair and in this case it paid off big time! I'll definitely be going back to see Cora! I didn't give it a full 5 stars as in My opinion there could be improvements to the cleanliness of the salon. The air vents in the ceiling, legs on chairs and the nooks and crannies need to be throughly cleaned but the surfaces that are exposed to constant use were clean and fresh I did not have any concerns for my health or safety....they are just long overdo for a deep cleaning. I made my appointment using the app and it was easy to use and the reminders were great!
The website is inaccurate. It "says" that it closes at 9:30 PM on Saturdays. This is a lie. I came in at 8:35 PM and found that they weren't "accepting" any more customers. Why? Because "we close in 20 minutes". No, they are SUPPOSED to close at 9:30 PM. Do not go here. The lady wasn't even polite about it either. If you like rude people that do not accept customers then go ahead and try it out. ZERO STARS!!! And NO this is not a fake review so that they will offer a free haircut. I will shave my head bald before I EVER step foot into this salon. Thank you for your time. Rant over.
