My friend( who has barriers) went into city nail and paid 45 for a full set. They cut his nail beds in 7 places. Two of the nails were lumpy and had knobs on them. The polish had splotches where there was no polish and the girl even cut his knuckles. How do you even cut someone's knuckle when your doing nails is beyond me. He came home bleeding. They are not the same length and they look horrible. When my friend commented that he was hurt and unhappy with them the girl said oh it's ok I fix them and didn't. When he said I'm bleeding she said oh it's ok. How and why would anyone pay for this type of manicure? Do not use them. I called them and asked to speak to the manager several times and the lady answering the phone couldn't speak English and refused to get someone who did. Crazy!
