i thought when you leave a salon, you're suppose to feel good and refreshed. The girl didn't talk to me, only to tell me to put my head down or up. didn't shampoo my hair. She didn't even style it. She left it a mess! So bad that I didn't go shopping. I went straight home! Too embarrassed. when I went in I had my hair half up and my bangs pulled up. If I had a shampoo or at least had it styled, my hair wouldn't be so lumpy and my bangs wouldn't be almost straight back. I am horrible with confrontation. What a horrible experience. I use to love going in because of the atmosphere. Not anymore. Taking my business else where. You should have ppl that don't have snotty attitude like they are better than everyone else.
Susan did my hair she claimed to have been a stylist for a very long time but what she did to my wasn't what someone with experience would do. She highlighted and low lighted it and then rinsed and toned it and turned my hair a grayish green color, she then tried stripping the horrible tones out of my hair and had to do the entire process over again. I left with 80s style thick chunky highlights and low lights. If looked terrible and the damage she did to my hair was even worse. She charged me 150 for this boot leg job. She should be embarrassed of her work as a stylist. 10 out of 10 do NOT go to this stylist!
Worst experience ever! Stylist took a big chunk of my hair down to my scalp! Let me leave without telling me. Went back next day and manager told me I must have alopecia. Can you believe this crap? Never again. I have a claim in at corporate.
