It is very disturbing reading all these Reviews ,My name is Ruth and I've worked at this salon 20years in July , yes I've seen all these stylist mentioned come and go , we are now a franchise and we are open till 6, I will be discussing updating yelp with management or our regional director but besides all that if you'd like a professional 30+ year experienced stylist , ask for me ( Ruth ) 727 372-1233 , you won't regret it , I look forward to meeting you and making you look and feel beautiful !! I truly think they are trying to get you in & out as quickly as possible. Right now its appt only so I made an appt but stood outside a good 15 minutes because the person before me was taking a while. They dont have anywhere to sit so you can only stand there. Once in the lady was very cold & didnt listen to what I wanted. I ended up going home & fixing my hair since one side was about 2 inches longer than the other.
They did awesome! Only thing I'm a little upset about is my sides and back are a bit too short and shaved down but other than that, I had this girl with blue hair, she was super nice and did my bangs great! And thank for it was open in a Sunday :D
My mom and I went into this salon, I brought a picture of what I wanted my highlights to look like, the little girl who did my hair, did not even come close. She gave me this Awful Brown color and very few blonde highlights. My mom hair turned out ok, but she was Overcharged and had to pay double for haircut and color. Let me tell you, the management coach these little girls to upsell clients without telling you how much it will cost. It cost over $300 for both our hair. The little girl who did my hair said she could put in more highlights at no charge,because she said, "I want you to be happy". I made an appointment and received a call from their so called manager who made up an excuse that I took too long to make an appointment, even though she called and said she had to check it out first and but she would be out of town a few days. I called her upon return and she refused to give me the highlights that were promised. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR! DONT GET YOUR HAIR DONE HERE! THIS SALON DOES THINGS UNDERHANDED!!! THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
Came hear in a crunch being the only place open on a Sunday for my son to get a haircut. Never Again! The star is for being open on a Sunday.
